Bonney
DosSantos CSW, CMC is a geriatric care manager who provides professional
assessments, referral service, and plans of care for the elderly.
Working with family members or directly with the elderly client,
Bonney conducts a comprehensive assessment to determine the options
that best fit the individual. In conjunction with the family or
elderly client, a recommended course of action is developed and
every option explored as she works hand-in-hand with the elderly
client and family members.
Bonney's
purpose is to provide objective but empathetic assistance
in enabling seniors and their families to fully understand the important
and complex issues surrounding life’s major transitions.
She
understands that this involves making emotionally challenging decisions
that may cause you and your family discomfort. She is here to provide
the knowledge, experience, and compassion to achieve the most dignified
solution that allows maximum independence and peace of mind for
the senior and his/her family.

the Practice
Bonney
Dahlgren DosSantos CSW, CMC has been a social worker for over 25
years. During the past ten years, she has devoted her time to
working with older adults and their families.
She has worked in residential care, both in assisted living and long term care as both director of admissions and as social worker so has a clear understanding of the benefits of residential care as well as the concerns that individuals and families have regarding residential care.
More recently, Bonney has worked as a community based care manager in Philadelphia and has a thorough knowledge of care facilities, resources, public benefits and Medicare options for older adults living in Philadelphia.
Bonney DosSantos serves residents of the city of Philadelphia.
